We encourage families to take time to read with their children at home. Reading not only strengthens language, literacy, and cognitive skills, it's also a wonderful, calming way to bond with your child.

In celebration of Read Across America, please explore the fun read-aloud resources listed below, and encourage your student to read along with a friend or family member. Take a photo of your child reading with a friend or family member, with either a digital or physical book, and send it to your child's teacher. Your child will earn a reading ticket and be entered to win a raffle prize!
